Rogers Ranch strives to provide consistent positive behavior intervention supports throughout our campus in order to develop, sustain, and enhance the positive climate and culture of our school. Over the course of the past five years, we have documented a steady decrease in student referrals leading to a significant increase in instructional days and academic performance. Our PBIS program has supported teachers with a common and systematic set of procedures, bullying prevention strategies, mentoring programs, a variety of incentives, PBIS vocabulary and expectations for Grades Kindergarten through 8th.

Diamond Girls LogoD.I.A.M.O.N.D. Girls

This club is dedicated to enrich the lives of our female middle school students by participating in activities that promote self-esteem, confidence, and positive behavior. The mission for Diamond Girls is to help young ladies develop fundamental skills that will encourage them to believe and achieve both personal and academic goals.

Boys to Men

The Boys to Men program is a program designed to raise the academics and character of struggling 8th grade students by partnering these students with high quality adult mentors and peer mentors. Additionally, in order to make a positive impact at our school, they are given the opportunity for in-school community service hours, assisting teachers at lower grade levels. The program also extends to out of school guest speakers speaking on a range of topics including, career counseling, money management,  social skills etc.

Big Brother Mentor Program

Each week, male students in Grades 3-5 have the opportunity to learn specific skills that will help them become positive members of our school community. Every Friday they learn about a specific social skill (i.e. sportsmanship, making compliments, conflict resolution etc.) through role play.

Adult Mentoring

The Roger’s Ranch mentor program partners a staff member with a student in the program to assist them with improving academics, behaviors, and/or social skills that the student may be experiencing. The mentors meet weekly with their mentee for a minimum of 30mins.
