This year our 6th-8th grade students will participate in the Project STEM- Amazon Future Engineers program. Project STEM is an 8-week course centered on computer science-related activities.
Students will first take CS Explorations 1, an introductory computer science course in the Project STEM middle school pathway. In this course, students will learn foundational concepts and skills of computer science (CS) and programming and students will explore using computers to solve problems and express themselves. From there, they will move through the various other computer science courses. The program also provides professional development for teachers.
